SATURDAY, MAY 9th, 2009 There are only two spots left in the morning session (under high school age) and four spots left in the afternoon session (high school age). Remember, every pitcher needs their own catcher. There is no sharing of catchers. INSTRUCTOR: Sarah Ytsma LOCATION: Blythe Park, Chatham, ON AGES: Elementary School and High School TIMES: 10 AM - 12:30 PM for Elementary Age Girls 1:00-4:00 PM for High School Age Girls COST: $25.00 for elementary and $30.00 for high school FOCUS: Girls will be taught the proper mechanics/biomechanics of: Overhand Throwing The windmill pitch - step-by-step Fastball Mechanics & Proper Warm-Up Drills Change up Mechanics High School Girls will also be shown: Curve Ball Screw Ball Drop Ball Rise Ball INSTRUCTOR BACKGROUND: Previous C.G.M.S.A. softball player since 1990 Played with Windsor Wildcat Softball association for 3 years Played NCAA Division II College Softball at Wayne State University (pitcher) for 4 yrs Coaching experience with: Chatham Golden Eagles U12 team Maryville University (NCAA Division III, St.Louis, MO) Currently working at the one the most elite Baseball/Fastball Academy's in the Midwest, the St.Louis Baseball and Fastpitch Academy in St.Louis, MO giving pitching lessons Currently assisting a U12 St.Louis Spirit fastpitch team for summer 2009. Education: Bachelors of Science in Education with a Major in Kinesiology Bachelors of Science in Life Science Currently in obtaining my Doctorate of Chiropractic at Logan College of Chiropractic, St.Louis, MO.
